Engineering
moves forward.
The way we
design does too.

versortech builds engineering tools that pair AI with deterministic calculation engines. AI organizes and explores alternatives; the engine calculates and checks; the engineer decides and signs off.

How it works

  1. 01

    AI organizes

Documents · data · design intent

  2. 02

    The engine calculates

Standards · methods · reproducible results

  3. 03

    AI explores

    Alternatives checked by the engine

  4. 04

    The engineer decides

Review · design · professional responsibility

The same principle holds in both products: no number comes from AI; every number comes from the engine.

Two products. One principle.

Each product has its own calculation engine, built from the standards and methods of its field.

fablecalc

AI that connects design intent with deterministic calculations, from soil investigation to calculation records. Loads, wind, geotechnics and foundations are already used on Versor projects.

  • Loads, wind and foundations in use
  • Slabs, beams and columns in development
  • From calculations to drawings and BIM

SAASim

A water supply system simulator: profiles, branched and looped networks, PRVs and boosters planned by an engine checked against EPANET 2.2, with AI that explores alternatives.

  • Profiles, trees and loops (NBR 12218)
  • Automatic PRVs, boosters and zoning
  • Reports ready for engineering review

Version 4.0 stable for field testing · no public access

Standards studied. Methods coded. Results checked.

AI widens what engineers can explore. Professional responsibility stays with the person who signs.

  1. Deterministic engine

Fixed formulas from standards and established methods: the same inputs and version give the same result.

  2. AI with clear limits

AI organizes data, asks for what is missing and proposes alternatives. It never invents numbers or changes formulas.

  3. Continuous verification

Reference cases, automated tests and comparison with established tools on every engine change.

  4. The engineer decides

Confirmed assumptions, reviewed results and a design signed by the engineer of record.

The startup and next steps

Our leadership team

Filipe Carboni Fim, civil engineer and founder of versortech

Filipe Carboni Fim

Civil engineer (UCS) and business administrator (UFPEL) · CREA-RS 278430 · Founder of Versor Engenharia and versortech

versortech grows out of real project experience and a broader ambition: to transform how engineers work, from the first choices of structural systems to calculation documentation.

Versor’s practice helps identify the problems. fablecalc and SAASim are our proposed solutions for engineering professionals and teams.
